I recently had some water damage to my kitchen , basement and two bathrooms. Although I had an insurance check to ease the blow and help me with the process of getting my house put back together, I felt overwhelmed and ill prepared to tackle the project that lie ahead. Although a fairly small job overall, I still needed plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tile men, cabinet people, and was faced with four estimates from the variety of these people bidding on the jobs. From the dumpster arriving, to the demolition, to the rebuilding, to the private contractors and the finishing touches, and everything in between - the job was handled magnificently by Steve Maynard! His attention to detail and customizing is noteworthy and even his suggestions to modify or adjust where he could to save me money, was helpful.
