The best seafood gumbo 10/28/2006

Maximillians has the best seafood gumbo in town, which is on their menu every night. It is a great place to go for Monday night football, with a free buffet. Wednesday happy hour offers martini specials. There is a really good sunset dinner menu with lower prices for early diners. This is a very nice fine dining option- with a wide variety of items on the menu. more

I found the menu to have a large variety of items. Always great food, great service, clean nice atmosphere. You can either sit by the bar area, nice dining areas, or sit by the poolside. The only downfall to the pool area is that it tends to be hot and humid. They also have a great children's menu. Love the prices!! Pros: Cheap prices, great food, clean upscale atmosphere Cons: Don't sit by the pool more

It's a nice dinning experience. It's more upscale and dressy, but you can still get by with nice casual clothes as well. Pros: good food, atmosphere more
