The service advisers did a great job explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle, and what could wait till after the busy holiday season.

Worst

Engine check light was on when I brought car in and they did not say anything about it during their overall check of car.

Going above and beyond! 5/14/2013

I needed to have quite a few things done to my vehicle and I also needed it back at a specific time for a family trip. I was more than willing to bring my vehicle back after my trip to have them make the remaining repairs but to my amazement, Matt and his crew went above and beyond and made all the requested repairs within my timeline. I came to find out that almost every technician had a hand in getting my vehicle repaired and they worked extra hours to get it done. They truly went above and beyond for me and they earned a customer for life. Thanks again to everyone at Matt's Automotive Service Center! Oh yeah, the vehicle worked flawlessly on our family trip that saw us go over 1,000 miles. more

Really impressed 5/11/2013

Everything about this place impressed me. The lounge is great, WI FI nice to have, Kelly (at the desk) was fun to visit with and the service and value was superb. I'm happy to have found it - I had another place that I was also happy with, but the location and a few other details make this a better choice for me. more

Kept my business moving. 5/2/2013

We had repeat issues with our primary work truck that were not being resolved at another shop. Matt took the time to stay late and trouble shoot the problem because he knew how much we depend on our truck to make a living. We also do work for Matt's and we know how much they take care of their own equipment. That same ethic shines through to the work they do on customers vehicles as well. Thanks again to Matt and all of his guys. more
