When I went to 805 Mattress Pros, I knew exactly what I was looking for. They took me right to the mattresses. I had all kinds of choices to choose from. I brought in a coupon that I thought was for them but was actually for another company. They still honored it and gave me a discount on top of that. They were so friendly, it felt like dealing with family. They are so wonderful. This is my second time going there and I will go back again. more

I went all over town in search of my mattress. I didnt have alot of knowledge about them since its not a purchase I make everyday. I felt as if I was buying a car Until, I landed at Mattress Pros in Thousand Oaks. They are by Tan L.a where I go. The guy Mike was so cool, totally explained the reasons I had terrible sleep. before buying there Queen mattress chemicle free and Omg so comfortable, and he delivered it for free plus gave me a huge discount. My 800 dollar mattress set is about 50xs better than the 2200dollar one I bought from sit and sleep 3 years ago. They are honest and so cool\I highly recomemd them over anyone. Thanx guys. Tanya more

They stuck to their word! 5/17/2012

805 Mattress Pros Discount Warehouse delivered the mattress to us and it was too stiff. We called them about it, and they told us to send it back in ten days. After the ten days, they told us to not worry about it and try it out for a month. After a month, I told them it was still not good. 805 Mattress Pros told me to come in and get it changed. They stuck to their word, their verbal word! more

We came in looking for a mattress for our daughter and the gentleman at 805 Mattress Pros showed us the whole range of mattresses and told us the benefits and drawbacks of each one. He gave us enough information to make an informed decision and I left with a mattress feeling excited about our decision rather than upset about how much money we had spent. Bring Cash-you get a better deal! more

The Absolute Coolest and most Honest people EVER 3/27/2012

Shopping for a Mattress, not something I do everyday! Wow, I was blown away by the customer service as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by this guy named Mike. He made me feel so at ease. I needed a bed because I had lower back issues. Come to find out after spending some time in their shop, me and the sales guy had alot in common. We both were Marines. I found out that they dont work on commission........thats why no Pressure. I did find a mattress I loved Sooooooo comfortable, but it was like 1300 dollars, I have expensive taste, and I only had about 950. HE made it work for me Mike made one call, and I swear I have never slept so good in my life. That dude Rocks. So Honest and nice. more

We found 805 Mattress Pros online. Once we were there the guy that was helping us was fantastic. The prices seem reasonable. The service was fast. The delivery was on time and so easy. It is definitely worth stopping by the store to look at what they have. more

I went in to 805 Mattress Pros to buy my mattress. I was the only customer in there at the time, and the lady there was very friendly. She helped me out right away, giving me a variety of options to choose from based on my needs. I needed a mattress that was firm yet soft at the same time, and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes, with the mattress, and I like it a lot. I've been sleeping a lot better because of it too. more
