After moving here from Denver, I needed to replace my mattress. My friend and I stopped into this location and the salesperson was on the phone. So my friend and I started to walk around the store. The sales person was talking about football and sports and didn't seem to want to help us at all. After about 10 minutes of this we ended up leaving without ever getting any assistance. FYI; we ended up getting great service from there competitor across the street. The manager there was extremely helpful and he had lower prices anyways. Love my mattress and would NOT recommend purchasing your mattress at Mattress Firm.
