Best in Vancouver 3/27/2012

I just got a new job at Intel in Hillsboro and lived in Vancouver, it is a very long drive and full of traffic. After a month of doing the drive my car finally started showing its frustration. On my way to work on an idle Monday the temperature gage starts going up and I pull over to find steam bellowing from under the hood. Luckily I carry coolant with me at all times and was able to fill it up and get back on the road. This happened again before I got to work, and then twice on the drive home. Needless to say on the drive home I was on the phone with auto mechanics in the Vancouver area to take my car to first thing in the morning. I chose the first mechanic on the google search and learned very quickly why they had the advertising money to be the first result and have a big flashy sign outside their establishment. After dropping my car off a few hours later they let me know that my water pump was bad and would need replaced along with the timing belt. That was going to cost more

Gesham Mastertech is awesome! 3/16/2012

I have taken my car to Matertech, Gresham several times over the past 3 years. I have found them to be extremely helpful, even to the point of checking my car, without cost. They have worked within my budget everytime even offering as much as 10% off parts and labor. Also they have been willing to let me purchase the parts needed at a local auto parts store and bring them in to be installed to save addtional money. John is absolutely awesome. He is knowledgeable and super friendly. Even giving me a ride home and pick up when the car needs to be in his shop for a full day. THANK YOU MASTERTECH GRESHAM, Being a single women is is such a great feeling to know I will not be up-sold or taken advantage off, when I need repairs. Sharon Sanders more

Fast, fair and open 7 days a week 2/29/2012

I needed weekend help and had called several places until I found MTA. They got me in first thing on Saturday and quickly fixed my problem. I plan to go to them in the future because 1) they are friendly and professional 2) they clearly explained what needed to be done and my options 3) the mechanic followed up after the service to ensure I was happy and 4) a competent and fair auto mechanic is hard to find! I went to Mastertech Auto because I needed a headlamp installed. They installed it right then and there! It was way cheaper then in price compared to Jiffy Lube as well. more

If you visit Mastertech Auto you would KNOW that the service is efficient, fair, & well priced. For the same problem Mastertech quoted me a price that was almost 2/3 less then the first place I took my car. But don't let the price fool you, the service quality easily DESERVES 5 stars & more! more

Master Tech Automotive is great!!! They have honest mechanics who know their stuff and stands by it! This is the only place that I trust to work on my vehicles other than myself. They are honest, fast and will not sell you extra things that are not necessary. I would recommend Master Tech Automotive to anyone because I know that they will help you with any automotive problem you may have. more

I had to go and get my 30,000 mile check up and I had no idea where to go until a co-worker suggested that I go to Mastertech Automotive. I am sure glad that he told me about them. They are fantastic. They do stellar work and are so friendly considering they do hard labor all day. I highly recommend them to anyone, just like my co-worker. more
