Seriously knowledgeable mechanic I've ever met. ?Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. more

They looked at my Jeep and told me I needed a new engine. They only charged $35 for the assessment. I took it somewhere else for a second opionion, they took all day, charged me $150 and told me the same thing. MasterTech gave me a price and stuck by it. Its the best experience I've had with an mechanic. They can find your problem, give you a great price, and fix it with expert care. I will never go to another mechanic!! more

J.R. and his staff are the best anywhere . I have used his services for well over 20 years , company fleet vehicles as\r well as personal vehicles. Honest as the day is long. J.R. \r does excellent work and that is why he is always backed up when other shops are complaining about not having work. They are fine mechanics, each with their own area of specialty, and they always go the extra mile. I've referred dozens of my friends and family to them and have yet to hear a complaint. You may need to wait for an appointment, but the wait is well worth it. more

My car was overheating, I changed the thermostat myself. It still overheated. I took it to MasterTech and they fit me in when they could. It came to find out, I fixed the problem myself. It was the thermostat, I probably didn't follow the directions. It didn't overheat anymore. They didn't charge me a penney. \r Once again my car broke down, I ran the fuel low, filled it up.it wouldn't start. I changed the spark plugs, because I thought it wouldn't fire. Had it towed down to MasterTech. I didn't have an appointment, it was Friday night. I just dropped it off. I am glad the Rottweiler were there to watch my car. I called the next bussiness day and explained my situation. They put me in when they could. It sat for a couple of days and when the mechanic went to bring it in the shop, it started. Again, there was nothing wrong with my car. I must have flooded the carbs, or something. Agian, they didn't charge me a penney. These people are good people. I will not take my car anywhere else. more

Went there to get my car checked. Was having problems with my distrubutor(which my dad put on) They put another one on, and it was done professionally of course.\r \r Also during that time I left some papers for my work in my car. They were nice enough to put thier dogs up and let me go back in there to get them. more

I have used Mastertech for 15 Years they treat me with honesty and they wont fix anything that doesnt need fixed.They keep you updated on your car while it is in there hands.As far as the dogs are concerned i have known them since they were pups and have pictures of my daughter petting them not to long ago,but i was told this person that wrote a bad comment on them that they came in the side garage door before business hours and walked past 4 beware of dog signs.So if you walk in the front door the dogs wont come out to the front they stay in the shop or behind it.The dogs are there to protect the customers car out back when they are parked overnite. more

Be very cautious of entering this business. They have a Rottweiler that is not on a leash. The dog ran out of the garage doors in a very aggressive manor. I yelled "No", and "down" which finally stopped the dog. I would not take any children to this business. When I told them of the problem, their response was "Don't bother coming back." more

I used MasterTech after using another auto repair shop up the street. I was not satisifed with the service or price at the former place and advised by a friend to use MasterTech. They were very professional and reasonable in price. The work was done right. No complaints! I would have given them a 5 star except for the fact that they are backed up and it may take awhile to get an appointment. I guess the word gets out. I guess if I want to get something done right away there is always Liebrants...LOL! more

I have used Master Tech at the referral of a coworker and found them to be very reaonable and honest. They worked with me to get my repairs done timely and at a cost I could afford. more
