I would not recommend Mastercuts in the Enfield Square Mall for haircutting service. I went for a haircut tonight and was told that the staff would not cut my hair because too many people were ahead of me. It was 8:10 pm and the salon closes at 9:30 PM. I had tried to call earlier but they did not answer their phone. There were only 3 people ahead of me on the list. I could not believe that the two who were cutting could not take care of 4 people in that time. My haircut would have taken only 15 minutes. I was clean and neatly dressed (not someone who might have taken a long time to cut). I had not been to this Salon for over a year because of a previous experience when the hairstylist left after I had waited an hour for her to cut my hair. I am a professional who works during the day and on weekends, and since there are not many salons open in the evening, I gave this salon a second chance. However, I do not plan to return again. One stylist was named Maria and I do not know the name of the other stylist.
