Disappointed with Massage Envy 2/14/2010

I am sorry but the experience I have at Massage Envy (and I've been to a few of them to get the $39 intro rate) has been somewhat disappointing everytime I go.\r \r The last time I went, the Manager was onsite and was entirely rude to not only the staff but just seemed bitter to clients, to staff, to everyone! The staff were young girls who had no idea what they were doing, were trying to push year long contracts on people and were in arguments with clients that were being charged months of membership dues all at once because some suspension had come off their account.. I even saw something on the Channel 3 News (news on your side or something like that) about them charging people months of dues right after I got my last massage - funny how things work out. LOL!\r \r The massage itself was just ok, not spectacular.. I would like to make a suggestion.. HIre a janitorial service. The place was a bit unclean, stuff on the floors, cups everywhere, lint, dust... I was afraid to get on the bed more

Relaxing Ambiance 1/6/2009

I received a massage certificate for Christmas. Just what my waitressing body needed! My appointment was quick and easy to makeand my request for a female therapist was granted easily. The massage table was warmed and was an added bonus on a colder winter night in the East Valley. I would recommend that if you do have regular massages this is a very good value. more

Great customer service & smiles! 9/18/2008

Honestly, I've been to a few Massage Envys in the valley and the location off of Guadalupe is my favorite! As soon as you walk in, the staff is all smiles & always very welcoming and helpful. I also see a couple of therapists there and they're always professional and I feel so relaxed and stress free after my session. You can't beat the price of the massage either if you join the membership program that they offer. I've been a member since 2005 and look forward to my monthly massages. I highly recommend you try Massage Envy and if you happen to be in the area of Gilbert and Guadalupe, stop by their location and see why enjoy going there! Pros: affordable massage, friendly & professional staff, great service Cons: no "quiet room" like i've seen at a few other Massage Envy locations more

Best Massage Place Period! 8/13/2008

I have been to spas, day spas, resorts you name it and for the money there is nothing better than Massage Envy. I have been a fan of Massage Envy since they opened several years ago and love the fact that there are so many locations close to my work, home and even when I travel out of state. They have perfected the right combination of convenience, quality and affordability. I have been to this location several times and have always received great massages.
