I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 3 years now and I can honestly say I have NEVER had anything less than an amazing experience! I am a hairdresser and on my feet over 10 hours a day, so massages are more than a luxury, they're a necessity! Meghan is the girl you want to see....she is INCREDIBLE!! I've waited weeks sometimes to see her, but it's always worth it! I feel like a million bucks when my hour is up....Thanks Meghan Claussen!!! more

Ask for Kim Renik! 4/29/2012

I love going to massage Envy. It's the only place I get to relax after a stressful day. I would highly recommend trying Kim Renik. She is the best and always relaxes me. She listens to what you want and does exactly that. She has improved my quality of life and I will continue to see her. more

Horrible Service - Zero stars 11/21/2010

Massage Envy Mission Viejo North has the worst service ever.They are horrible. I would have given no stars if I could have.\r \r My membership expired today. No one told me that last week when they booked my next appt in december. Of course they couldnt fit me in today so I lost out on one of my prepaid massages. \r \r They wouldnt give me an extension and didnt care if I renewed my plan. Really??? In this economy???\r more

I am a very physical and active person. I start the day with P90X, swing a hammer during the day and train in MMA, Mixed Martial Arts 5 time a week last week my body said, ""Nope""! \r \r I was recomended to Massage Envy in Mission Viejo by one of my Mixed Martial Arts Coaches. I drove to the location and they were open, it's 8:30 at night. They assist me to get an appointment that fit MY Sech.! And what a first experience it was, if I was to think what a first massage was to be, this was more-o-so-more than what I could have thought the experience could have been,. this is a good thing, place and people! more

Great massage at a great price 10/13/2010

I highly recommend the Massage Envy in North Mission Viejo.There are many therapists with a variety of massage styles, so you're sure to find one that suits your needs perfectly. I've been a member for well over a year now and have no plans on giving this up. As of right now, Jen and Christian are my favorite therapists there. They both have excellent massage skills with great pressure. The location is clean, relaxing and the staff is always very pleasant. more

Very sweet disposition. Both my husband & I have had massages by Tami and REALLY enjoyed them. She works on the needed spots and applies proper amount of pressure. I feel no pain, just relief. Pros: great pressure / no pain. more

I love to go there and I count the days down when my massage is coming up. My therapist Jamie Rumenapp is the best. If you join Massage Envy get your own girl as I need to keep her free for myself :). I have been going there for a couple of months now and the experience is always great. You should try it! I have gone to Massage Envy Mission Viejo North for over a year now and I won't go any where else! Jamie Rumenapp is the best. She quicky finds the stress points and customizes the massage to relieve the muscles around the stress points. One hour with Jamie is better than all the time I have spent in physical therapy to alleviate pain! Pros: Professional staff; pleasant atmosphere; Good value more

Decent massage, but overly-aggressive sales 4/7/2010

Tried out this place on a whim. The intro massage rate is undeniably excellent, but you have to sign up for a year's membership in order to keep that rate. Otherwise, the price jumps to double. I only wanted to try out their place, and the massage was decent, though nothing extraordinary. The girl at the front desk tried to push the membership on me. After telling her twice that I wasn't interested, she pulled a face at me and whined ""why not?"" It really ruined the experience for me, seeing as I went there to relax. Massage Envy offers the best deal in town for a massage if you promise to purchase 12 massages at $ 59 per hour over the course of a year. The facility in Mission Viejo (off Los Alisos) is modern, clean and professional in a quiet shopping center. The therapists are EXCELLENT and I used my membership at facilities in Santa Barbara and La Jolla this year and was not disappointed!n While I don't like getting roped into a contract for the year, I will say that it has forced me to get more massages wihich is a definite plus.
