Bought a new car from Martens recently and would recommend them to all my friends! They were not pushy and let me test drive multiple vehicles. It was a great experience and I got a great deal! I will buy all my vehicles here in the future!!! You should see Mark if you need a car! more

I am impressed with the customer level of satisfaction I received, it is rare that businesses care about the needs and concerns of a customer. Marten's Volvo would be rated #1 when it comes to solution solving, and customer concerns awareness. My appreciation extends to Ms. Kelly and foremost Mr. Heister for their prompt caring attitude to keeping a customer, and gaining more through her telling people of her experience in dealing with Marten's Volvo employees! more

I drive all the way from Washington Grove to Martens Service (30 minutes give or take) and have for about 14 years...why? The service I receive and Brenda Greene...I live about 7 minutes from the Volvo dealership on 355 but I drive 4 times the distance because of your service. more

My visits are always pleasant, and the issues that brought me to the service center are resolved. My service manager, Kelly, is always very informative and accommodating in acquiring a loaner while my S80 is being serviced, and she keeps me informed throughout the day if there are any new or different developments. As a respiratory patient, this makes my experience doable, and pleasant. Thanks more

I dropped the car at the night drop so greeting was not a concern. As always, John Weir did a great job...I told him I was not in a rush because the drivers of the Volvo were away but I had the car back in a couple days with the problem fixed, and all covered under warranty...love those no charge items! I always have a positive experience with Martens Service. Thank you more
