One of the nicest hotels in South Lake Tahoe 4/16/2009

Great Location, Comfortable Rooms! We stayed her during the week of our wedding. I recommend getting a 1 bedroom or larger. They are very spacious, clean, and well decorated. The studio rooms are pretty cramped. This hotel is located at the base of Heavenly. It is conveniently located in the middle of lots of shopping, restaurants, spas etc. more

Understaffed, trash every where, dirty resturants 9/11/2008

as usual,they put in a big name, but hand it off to a bunch of small town inexperienced untrained to run it into the ground. Cons: over priced, understaffed more
