great service however if you wish to return any faulty items he is not interested, had a racket break in the first two weeks charged me shipping to return back to head then admitt...

great service however if you wish to return any faulty items he is not interested, had a racket break in the first two weeks charged me shipping to return back to head then admitted he sent the racket back with the rep so why was i charged? still have not had racket replaced and 4 months gone by seem to be getting the run around still not resolved more

Jessica provided excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful & pleasant (even though I arrived 20 minutes before the store closed). I never felt rushed. She looked up information for me in the catalog and even called the owner to get answers to a couple of my questions. I am definitely going to order my new racket from this store because of the wonderful experience I had. You 've got a great employee! more

This store is way overprice for stringing. but if your buying a racquet just the racquet its a good store. good customer service. Still they overprice on stringing a racquet. more
