Tried the new Summerlin location. Grape leaves (meat) were stringy and tough with almost no filling. Hummus had so much garlic it burned going down and didn't have good texture....

Great place to eat. Not too formal for lunch, just right for dinner. Prices are good too. more

Love this place. The new location on Durango is beautiful! You will probably be served by the owner, his mom or their son. Wonderful food and atmosphere. Best Greek restaurant in town! more

Affordable Greek food 12/25/2009

This is a relatively new casual Greek restaurant that has prospered during these difficult times by providing very good food at reasonable prices. My wife ordered the spanakopita while I chose the pomegranate chicken. Entrees include pita bread, salad and Greek rice. This version of spankopita was denser than we are accustomed to, but very good nonetheless. I have only had pomegranate chicken once before at Paymon?s and this version infinitely superior. I had a coupon printed off the restaurant?s website good for 2 free glasses of wine that the manager accepted along with a discounted gift certificate purchased at Best Restaurant Guide. We closed out the meal by sharing a piece of the restaurant?s award winning Aphrodite cheesecake with a baklava crust. Pros: Fresh ingredients, inexpensive Cons: Limited table service, out-of-way location more

Forget the Summerlin Location 7/29/2009

Tried the new Summerlin location. Grape leaves (meat) were stringy and tough with almost no filling. Hummus had so much garlic it burned going down and didn't have good texture. Tried a lamb souvlaki gyros with yogurt sauce. Ordered extra sauce. Lamb was tough and gamey and the sauce had large pieces of fresh garlic mixed with cucumber so you couldn't tell them apart. If you like chewing on raw garlic, this is your dish. Huge disappointment. Won't be back. Cons: Food more

Good food, but hummus a disapointment 5/22/2008

For an area that's starving for good restaurants we were so excited to see this open. We eat Mediterranean often so know a good hummus. It's a great fast food or sandwich shop alternative and good for kids, but the hummus is pretty bad. We try it every other time hoping for a good batch, but it hasn't happened yet. We've been more times than I can count and each time the hummus has too much garlic, not the right consistency and is missing something. The pomegranate chicken is by far my favorite. Most of the other dishes are good, but certainly not the best I've had. Pros: good alternative to fast food in the area Cons: hummus more
