Mark is an awesome attorney and would go out of his way for you as a client. His office if not a day care though. They will take care of you. You have to be able to help yourself before then can help you. He won't hold your hand and will tell you the way it is. That can hurt someone's feelings but would you rather go to war with a wimp or with someone that will lead you to victory. \r \r I appreciate all he has done for me. The person that said he takes your hard earned money etc. He does, he has overhead and has to keep the lights on. Would you rather pay a little and not get anything in return or would you rather pay a little more and win. The old saying you get what you pay for. I hear many people that have hired generic attorneys with no reputation and that's what they got. Pay now or pay later. \r \r more

Mr. Medley has handled a couple of cases for me. He is an excellent attorney. His presence at the courthouse is noticed and he is respected by his peers. Yes, he is expensive but he is excellent. So if you want gold he will get you gold. He is hard working and will get you what you want. I recommend Mr. Medley without hesitation. more

I recently used Mr. Medley to handle a divorce/custody modification, my case being very strong and shouldn't have been a difficult case at all for someone with his experience to handle. He tells you want you want to hear to get your business and ask for a large retainer upfront, in his contract it is earned when paid so if he doesn't use all of it, you will not get Any of your money back. He over charges for all his services, charged me to read my emails but never returned emails pertaining to my concerns about my case. His office is ran unproficiently, takes a long time for motions to be filed or signatures to be signed, the staff takes calls but Mr.Medley hardly ever returns calls, and when if he returns calls he acted like I was annoying him, He spoke to me with no respect, he was rude to me with no regards for my concerns or for the best interest of my Child!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR FAMILY, MONEY, ENERYGY AND TIME, LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR AN ATTORNEY!!! This is my opinion, but hopefully, I can save someone from making the same mistake that I did. Mark may be a good attorney, but forget it as a business man. Getting a hold of him is virtually impossible. his office will take many messages and never return calls. When you do get a hold of someone, good luck if they know who you are, or what your case is. And all this while spending thousands of dollars with them. You would think that they are paying you, the way you are treated. Spend your hard hard earned money on someone who cares enough to do more than cash your check.
