I was the only customer in the entire salon for nearly 2 hours getting a mani/pedi, only because I received a gift certificate. When I went to pay, I was told that my gift certificate was expired (I was told by a manager, that their gift certificates don’t expire), and I had to pay $72 for a mani/pedi. I asked for a manager, and of course there wasn’t a manager in the building. I called the manager the following morning, and all she could offer me was a “complimentary” manicure (as if I really want to return to this place) I complained to their “guest relations” and also was offered a manicure. I don’t want a manicure. What I want is my $72 back!!! It’s no wonder I was the only customer in the entire salon, given that they treat their customers with such “appreciation.” Thanks Mario Tricoci, thanks a lot!!!
