Awful. I bought a newer model used Jeep there 2 months ago and had a service issue fixed the day of sale as a condition of purchase. 2 months later the same issue started happening again, I took it in, and was told I had to pay a deductible. When I questioned this I was treated terribly by a service tech named Ralph, who implied I was just trying to get out of paying, spoke down to me, and repeatedly interrupted me. Finally I got a supervisor on the phone and he advised I would not have to pay anything as they were replacing the same part that they had replaced two months prior - DUH! Their prices may be a little lower but you payfore it down the road in terrible customer service.
Pros: You have the option of never going there again
