Funny, I go to write a review of my dentist and the previous reviewer wrote exactly what I wanted to say! What I can add is that Dr. Shapiro and Carlos are the most gentle dentist and assistant I've ever had. Also, the quality of their work is excellent. My crown came out perfect and matches the color of my teeth to a tee. I feel like I've become friends with everyone in the office and was a little sad when I realized I don't need to go back for 6 months (for my regular cleaning!) Yes, the crew is THAT good! I remember telling Carlos while I was sitting in the chair, that the only way they could improve the service would be to offer pedicures during the dental procedure. haha\r \r Their office is pretty hi-tech, too. There's a monitor right in front of you that allows you to see what's going on in your mouth, so things can be easily explained to you and SHOWN to you.\r \r Like the previous reviewer said, the parking isn't great. The spaces are difficult to get into, but I've never been without a space. There's street parking all over the neighborhood too, so I wouldn't let that deter you from going to Dr. Shapiro's office. I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appt. (which always begins with Marisela and me exchanging new photos of our kids!) HI my name is Jessica, I had a great experience at Dr. Shapiro's office. To start, Maricela, the office manager was very friendly. Once I arrived, she welcomed me with a big smile on her face. She attended me with much respect. We had a friendly conversation and throughout my short wait, she made me feel comfortable. The best thing I liked was that I did not have to wait a long time for my turn. Furthermore, when Carlos, the Dental Assistant, greeted me, he as well as Maricela welcomed me in a friendly manner. It was great to see that Carlos was interested in knowing if I had any concerns regarding my teeth. By him asking me, it shows that they care about their patients. Moreover, Dr. Shapiro is the best dentist I have ever had. She has been the only one that does not make me feel nervous about getting dental treatment. To conclude, what I enjoyed the most is that they all take their time and treat one patient at a time. During my visit, I did not feel unattended or rushed out of the room. It is great how they schedule patients with enough time to pay close attention to each one without having to stress that they have more patients in the waiting room waiting to be treated. It is a stress free environment and I just love it! Pros: you are in and out at a fair time Cons: parking is difficult more
