Service department has outstanding customer service skills. Spoke with Theresa to schedule appointment for brake repair. Tony handled my car efficiently and effectively. He even offered me a loaner since I had a friend drive me up from Sausalito. When I picked up my car the next day, they had washed the outside and it looked almost new. I would recommend Journey Ford for car repair. My Ford Fiesta was in excellent hands. more

Go some place else to buy a ford My boyfriend and I went to buy a c-max last week at Journey Ford and had the worst experience of our lives. After spending time without sales person we met with Paula who said she was the General Sales Manager. I cannot believe the “gay slurs” that came out of her mouth. You would think being in Marin County the dealership would be more “gay” friendly but they were not. I totally find it hardtop believe what came out of her mouth. I would recommend not going to that dealership, you would think they would be more understanding considering the dealerships owner. \r more

The courtesy and communication of the service advisors couldn't have been better. I love my service advisor Fran! He is the best. I will continue to make the drive all the way from Fairfield to this business just because of him. more

Finally a car dealership that doesn't act like a car dealer 7/1/2011

I was amazed that they didn't know much about the cars we were looking for. 3 things really impressed me about Journey Ford. 1 - They have product specialists (not sales guys) that have no other responisibilty other than to eductate me about the car. The Product specialist (Will) spent 40 minutes with me going through every detail after I bought the car. He even synched my phone for me. 2 - They gave me more for my trade in that it was worth. It was not even running and they gave me $2500 for it, they even sent a driver to Concord and picked up the car! Wow! 3- They offer free tires for life and make owning (and buying) a car really, really easy. 5 stars from me great job! Tom & Shelly Hogan - Concord more

Journey Ford is the new business name and they rock! 6/13/2011

When I walked into the business it was like back in the 50's. Everyone was smiling, they were very helpful and kind. There was no delay and they directed you exactly where you needed to go. They went above and beyond and Roger, the service adviser, actually took the piece out and tagged it for her to get it taken care of. The shuttle service was very nice and everything was positive. more
