Marietta Plastic Surgery

I have been a patient of Marietta Plastic Surgery for over 10 years and have been happy with the practice and its doctors until last month. \r \r It was my first time to see Dr Hanna and he removed a small bump/pimple, from my face that had been irritated for about 8 months. I immediately noticed that the bump had only been partially removed and that I still had irritation from the half that was left. \r \r Today, on May 8, I had an appointment with Dr Hanna to let him see that he had only removed part of the bump and that the half that was left was still staying irritated. What really surprised me was the lack of accountability on Dr Hanna’s part. \r \r He took no responsibility for having done a incomplete job removing the bump initially. I was told that if I wanted to have the rest removed, it would cost me $400 since he had already filed my insurance for the removal. Like Im going to pay him to ""try it"" again! \r \r Beware of Dr Hanna! more

I've been going to MPS for some time now, always getting Botox and fillers. The first couple of visits I was very happy with the results and they lasted up to 4 months. However the last 3 treatments have left me very disappointed! The botox only lasting 35 to 39 days. In October of 2011 I had Botox and after two weeks I could still see visible lines around the eyes and spending more than $500.00 returned to see what could be done. there was no discount offered or anything to that degree, I was given more botox around the eyes and was charged for it. Now given the past results I let it slide. March 23rd I went in for Botox and filler and within 39 days it has begun to wear off significantly! Lesson learned, I will not return! more

I had been a patient since 2008. Dr. McNeel did a wonderful job on my breast implants and Dr. Fabian has done my Botox and Juvederm with great results. BUT....the last time I went to see Dr. Hanna for my Botox and Juvederm, I was very unhappy with the results. I had a lump of juvederm on the right side of my mouth causing my face to be uneven and the creases around my mouth to stand out more instead of less. It gets even worse....He got the botox too close to my eye and I am left with one sagging eyelid. I went back for Dr. Fabian to examine what had been done to me and he put some stuff in there that was suppose to dissolve the Juvederm but told me that my eyelid situation would wear off in time and he could not really do anything to fix it. I was told that it would take a couple of days for the Juvederm to dissolve. In a couple of days I did not see a huge difference. The office did very little to fix the situation and I have since been told that the eyelid can be repaired which they had no interest in doing for me. The unprofessional part of this whole thing is I never got an apology nor was I offered any kind of refund or discount on future service or shown any kind of remorse. Even more unprofessional, they send me promotional emails and I asked to be removed and explained why I wanted to be removed. I never even got a response to that email and i still kept receiving the promotional emails so I sent another email requesting to be removed and explained why again and added that I didn't get a response to my last email and that I have never even got an apology. Well, then I got a short response from them saying that they had been trying to remove me from the list and they don't know why I keep getting the emails......and that was all they said.. I went in there and paid them over $800 on that visit to come out looking and feeling better and I now look and feel worse than I did before I went. I cannot believe that this office has done nothing to make me feel better or even apologized after they messed up my face. more

My wife had her mommy makeover here and was absolutely thrilled with the results. We cannot say enough about how the care and results of her surgery. The consultation was thorough and her results were amazing. The other thing that impressed us is that the instructions on aftercare and what to expect were great and really helped us understand what was required to recover the quickest. more

I had Dr. Fabian do my rhinoplasty a little over a year ago, and I can't say how unbelievably good and natural it looks. I don't look like I had a nose job - I look like I have a nose that completely brings my face into harmony and is in perfect proportion. \r \r When I am ready to have something else done, I will definitely go back to Dr. Fabian. Pros: Excellent quality of care - and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Cons: None. more

Dr. Fabian is one of Atlanta's best if not THE BEST plastic and reconstructive surgeon in the Atlanta area. If you are a breast cancer patient needing reconstructive surgery, this is your man, bar none! He is one of only a few in the USA with the knowledge and ability to perform DIEP Flap reconstruction of the breast. He is very professional, as with his staff and has no ""hang-ups"" as with many in his profession. He shows a true compassion for his work and his patients....you can see it in his face as he speaks. He is truely a miracle worker of the human body...unbelieveable results!\r I cannot come near expressing the gratitude and admiration I have for this man. A TRUE HUMAN BEING!
