Uninformed Staff 2/3/2010

This practice was listed on my provider list so I called to make an appointment. I gave all of my insurance information to the man who made my appointment over the phone. I get to the office (with my sick infant in tow) to be told my appointment was scheduled for another day. Since the man messed up my scheduled appointment, they said they could squeeze me in. So I filled out the paperwork and gave the receptionist my insurance card only to be told they do not accept my insurance. I should have been told that over the phone when I called and gave my insurance information! I was very upset and frustrated! I took my sick baby out because the man I spoke to said they could see me. He was clearly not up to date on their practices. It was a huge hassle for me and I will never return there or recommend them to anyone I know. Pros: Nice office Cons: Waste of my time more

Best dermatologist in Marietta, Ga. 11/12/2008

I was new to the area and found Dr. Kayal throught a friend referral. Convenient location for me, beautiful office, very relaxing atmosphere and the friendliest staff I've seen in a while. He has a great bedside manner and seems to really care about his patients. Very easy to talk to and he explains things on my level. I had Botox injections, sclerotherapy and fillers with great results!! I highly recommend him. Pros: Beautiful office, friendly staff, great cosmetic results Cons: limited parking more

Skin Cancer 8/7/2008

I had a small skin cancer on my face and he did Mohs Surgery to remove it. He used tiny plastic surgery type stitches to close the area and there is no scar. No one can believe that I have had something removed from my face. There was a scar for a few weeks but the after care if great and it faded away. Today even I cannot remember exactly where it was. \r \r He is a nice man with great staff. Pros: Nice staff, small office, good follow up care. Cons: Had some veins lasered on my nose and that was not great. more
