Marc Organschis legal philosophy drives his practice. He believes that a lawyer must be available to his clients, must answer and return clients and calls and must be flexible in meeting with clients. Clients should have full information about their case, the procedural rules, the current law as it applies to their case, and their options regarding negotiation, litigation, mediation, collaboration. A client needs to understand their case in order to make good decisions. Marc Organschi can provide that knowledge and understanding. He worked in quality control and manufacturing engineering at the Torin Corporation in Torrington, Connecticut, and then attended Cornell Law School, graduating in 1989. Prior to moving his practice to Litchfield County in 1993, he represented clients in environmental and commercial matters at Murtha, Cullina, Richter and Pinney in Hartford, Connecticut. marcus-organschi-contact-image.
