As for the vet - he was friendly, asked a lot of questions and very knowledgeable. Just like recent reviewers said, I could tell he really cares. He even told me to follow up with him on next day back at work if I still had concerns. \r more

The wait time was reasonable, and the waiting room is set up well, so that you can segregate a sick or frightened pet from other animals. more

Always available 5/22/2012

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. more

Our little nervous ninny was never fearful when she was in their office. They truly CARE about the animal and the family. Though we just lost our sweet little 12.5 year old girl, they compassionately helped us through the process. more

The staff and vets at this facility are truly loving people who clearly care a great deal about animal lives, and will do their best to preserve their health and - when the time comes - help them make a peaceful transition into the next life. \r more

Very compassionate care. No price is too high for the care they show here. Not to mention that they work with you on payments. Maple Hills Vet has saved my dog's life in the past and I owe the world to them. Thank you for the wonderful care shown here. more

good service 4/3/2012

I called in and the hospital staff gladly let me bring in my injured Corgi puppy in 30 minutes before they closed. My girlfriend and I thought his foot was broken, but it fortunately turned out to be a soft tissue injury. We left after seeing his x-rays and with a small prescription of pain medication. This place was very efficient and the staff was extremely caring. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital to anyone in need of an emergency pet run more

My pet rat 3/16/2012

Just brought my rat, Snooki, in because she has been sneezing a lot and seems a bit lethargic and this is potentially very dangerous for rats. Called yesterday, which was a Saturday and I was worried with it being a weekend that I wouldn't be able to get an appointment. Luckily they were able to schedule me for 3 hours later. I couldn't be happier with the facilities themselves. The waiting room was extremely clean and I even saw a staff member come out and sweep the area while I was waiting. All of the staff that I dealt with were very helpful and polite and treating my pet with care and consideration. more
