Highly recommended 5/16/2010

I originally posted a one-star review of Manzanita in May 2010 after a misunderstanding occurred when I hired Manzanita to locate a tenant and move them in. Once Manzanita was aware of the issue, they went above and beyond the call of duty to remedy it and make me a happy customer. In fact, the tenant that they found for me was one of the best tenants I've ever had in that property. I would highly recommend Manzanita again. Thank you. more

Horrible Management Company 5/30/2009

This has to be the absolute worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I have too many incidents to list, but they harass their tenants non-stop. I urge all homeowners looking for a property management company to avoid these people at all costs. more
