The small town of Manvel has the tiniest branch in Brazoria County but it also has the newest books. I guess it's a fair trade off. The library is located on Masters Rd off of Highway 6. I got lost the first time I visited. I was looking for a stately brick building with a huge stone sign out front of a large paved parking lot. But what I found instead was a converted old house with a small wooden sign and a partially graveled parking area. Don't get me wrong, the library is nice. I'm just glad I live in Angleton where the library has a little more selection.
