While Management Recruiters of Columbus (Franchise of the MRI Network) was in its glory days in the 1990's, the current manager (who owns the business through inheritance) sees it fit to fire their seasoned recruiters to "start fresh". Currently, Management Recruiters has a total of 2 recruiters that have less than 1-year experience. In their glory days, there were more than 15 seasoned recruiters with 3 or more years experience. While you may need a staffing firm to assist you in finding the right people, I highly recommend that you look elsewhere in the MRI Network for assistance. I find it hard to justify using a recruiting firm, whose task it is to find the right people for the right positions, when it cant even successfully staff its own operation.
