They have variations on the california roll that will blow your mind! You have to try the hot crazy roll - it's a spicy tuna roll that's tempura fried with a special sauce - it's soooo good! There's another with a broiled topping of scallops and mayo, and they all come with a tossed green salad and boiled soy beans and miso soup. Of course, they also have the regular temaki types of sushi, so if you're not too adventurous, you can still enjoy their fresh ingredients.
