Juan is the MAN! My macbook from 2009's hard drive crashed, I took it in and Juan took great care of me, Recovered all of my school files put them on a brand new 500 GB hardrive and installed some extra software for a great price! He really is a nice guy and apple needs to have more service providers like him!
