Great help 7/22/2014

I am not a fan of the sales process so I went through the internet sales department at Maitia Toyota. Mehdi was a great help streamlining the entire process. A few emails back and forth and they were able to order the exact vehicle I wanted. A good experience over all. I've also had great experiences with their service dept with my old vehicle as well. more

I bought a new highlander from Mehdi Raza. The experience was absolutely wonderful!!! I came in just took look at the highlander, but after him letting me test drive I was ready to buy. I had certain options that I wanted in my car. Mehdi took the time to make sure that I got everything I wanted. It actually ended up being the one I test drove. I wanted to go home and talk over my decision with my spouse. Mehdi never pressured me into buying that day. When I called Mehdi letting him know that was the car I wanted he took it off the lot and got it all ready. The actual purchasing process was a breeze! I was so happy with my experience. I am happy to recommend my friends! more

Maita Toyota's service 7/11/2014

Maita Toyota's service department rocks! They did a stellar job of repairing the damage done by a different shop. They were extremely courteous and professional. I can honestly say they will be doing all our repair work from now on! \r To top it off, my wife and I have already received follow up calls to make sure everything is going great with our car. I thought that was a nice touch. Good job guys! more

Enjoyable experience 7/3/2014

Everyone made us feel welcome, and made my car shopping experience very enjoyable, fun, and a memorable trip. My children had fun playing on the pirate ship, watching Nemo in their salt fish tank and playing around keeping themselves entertained while I conducted my business. Thank you for the awesome car, great deal and making this an enjoyable experience. Even the credit part was painless and not stressful. more

Fantastic experience!!!! 6/26/2014

I had to take the time to give a positive acknowledgement to a particular salesman at Maita Toyota on Auburn blvd. HIs name is Ben Ossome. As funny as it sounds, my wife and I almost forgot why we were there. I mean this in a positive way. He was so relaxed we began a friendship sharing opinions and the love of our country. The transaction was so seamless I forgot I was at a dealership. We have all had bad experiences with car salesman, don't waste your time with others, go see Ben if you want a Toyota. With regards to the dealership, it was the nicest and the cleanest one we have been in! It even has a play area for the kids and a cafe. Overall a fantastic experience!!!! more
