Fantastic Customer Care and Dry Cleaning Service!!! 9/28/2006

I do not agree with Paula's review of Main Street Cleaners. It might be happed in the past but not any more. I have used this cleaner since January of this year. I think management has been changed since last March, and a young lady manages this cleaners currently. Although I visited this shop every week, I haven't experienced such terrible things like Paula had since this lady managing the cleaners. This lady is so nice and friendly to customers. Her customer care and quality of dry cleaning and other services are the greatest around this area. Best of all, she remembered me and my clothes at the next visit. Moreover, they always made my dirty and spotted clothes like brand new. They removed all kinds of spots on my clothes such as pen mark, blood or food stains. I strongly recommend this cleaners to readers of this review. You will find they are the best one at first visit. more

Terrible job! 12/3/2005

I've never had such poor service from a dry cleaners. They ruined 2 shirts, spotted several others and *lost* 4 items. They were eventually found but in the mean time we had to replace the clothing for my husband to have enough items to wear to work. All of this happened during two orders from them. We will never go back to this establishment. more
