Best Planner Ever! 10/25/2011

I was so thrilled to be getting married but terrified of not being able to pull off ""my perfect wedding"". Desiree' was my wedding coordinator and I cannot tell you how much she did for me and my family. Besides making sure that all of the details were taken care, such as the DJ, the reception location, the ceremony location, the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, she even took care of my flowers and was there every step of the way with me. Desiree' not only made me feel special but also made my husband feel special. Mrs. Polazzo was very detailed and made me feel like a queen on my wedding day. I couldn't have done it without her. We went to Magical Plan-it following a rave review from a friend when she used them for her wedding last year. The service we received from Alex was superb - professional and extremely personal - he will make you feel like your wedding is the only thing that matters! And the range of venues and suppliers he identified... we doubt you will find a better service! more

Desiree, Thank you so much for making our day stress free. We had so much complements about how well organized and BEAUTIFUL the ceremony and reception was. You were such a great help throughout the year, my mom really loved you. Its hard to find such a kind and patient wedding planner like you Desiree. You are very energetic and caring to everyone, our bridal party and guests. When you say you wanted to get things done perfect the way they are, you made sure of it. And not to mention getting all the Groomsmen on time at the church. Also, please extend our thanks to your assistant as well. She was a great help. We are so happy to have found you. more

OUTSTANDING!!! 9/6/2011

When we began searching for venues for our daughter's wedding we had no idea we'd find the perfect place and an exceptional wedding planner both at the same time! Alex was experienced, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He listened to what the Bride and her parents wanted or didn't want, accepted those ideas, and made excellent suggestions for other options. From the first time we met, through the planning, ceremony, and the reception, the bride was Alex's main focus. He never wavered from that! We look back on that special time with heartfelt thanks to Alex and his wonderful team. more

I would have to say they really topped my wedding! I hired them at the last moment for Day Of Coordinator and it was like they were there from the beginning. The way that Desiree just picked up from where I left off and put everything together that I had been planning was awesome! more

When everyone else said imposible, they said no problem! 9/2/2011

I had some pretty specific and elaborate draping and lighting ideas I wanted for my ceremony, and I was having a lot of difficulty finding someone who thought my ideas were possible within my budget. I didn't like the idea of using a planner outside of my immediate area, but after not finding what I wanted locally(and believe me I tried) my sister suggested I go with her planner who covers all of Florida and I figured at that point I had nothing to lose. Not only were they able to create the setting I wanted within my price range, but they were familiar with my venue which relieved a lot of my concern about them not being based locally. They couldn't have been more helpful when I had questions, always prompt with several options for me to choose from. Everything was set and perfect by the time I arrived at the venue and all I had to do was enjoy my day with my friends and family. Will recommend them to everyone I can. 10 out of 10! more
