Magic Wok Chinese Food and Bakery

I ordered a white cake and they gave me a marble cake which my daughter being one cannot eat!!!! When I went to tell them what they had done he blamed me for the mistake even though he was the one who filled out the form and told me i should have brought in the whole cake in order for them to compensate me!!!! Or I could have called and had my guests wait for them to bring me a new cake really!!!!! ""everyone this is the wrong cake you can't have any I have to call the bakery 15 min later ok I talked to them and theyre bringing a new cake can you wait an hour so you can have a piece of cake"" I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!!! I really thought they would have wanted to make it right but all they offered to give me was 20% off my next cake!!!!!!! Sorry but that does not make it right!!!!!!! I have used this bakery before and have even referred them to people. But NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I believe if you have not delivered what a customer paid for you should suck it up and refund the person. And most likely that customer will give you another chance at least I would. more

Since I was just a little girl growing up in Pico Rivera, our family have always bought cakes at Magic Bakery. When I grew up and tasted other cakes from parties and events, is when I truly appreciated the Magic Bakery taste of quality. When I started my family entertainment business 1994 as CharmandHappy, I knew who I would refer to my clients looking for a cake to buy, customize and eat. Magic Bakery. Faye (owner) and I have since become friends and attended a few business chamber meetings together and even other non-members say Magic Bakery is best.
