There is no finer carpet cleaner in the city and suburbs. Carpets and upholstery are cleaned thoroughly, you can tell by the amount of time put into it and you can smell the difference in the air. ... 11/23/2012

I was recommended by my family doctor who gets his carpets cleaned by Magic Touch also. My daughter and I have a severe allergy to dust, so it is very important for us to get carpeting cleaned thoroughly. I could tell the difference between Magic Touch and my old carpet cleaners immediately. They took far more time and were very thorough - which made a tremendous difference - most detectable in the quality of the air--you could smell how much cleaner it was. I would not consider having my carpeting cleaned by anyone else. more

Excellent service 11/19/2012

Chicago Magic Touch Cleaners has been cleaning our carpets for several years. We have had excellent results and would recommend them to anyone. It's easy to get an appointment. They are professional, clean and hard working. We have white carpets and they can get real dirty. After they clean them,they look brand new. It is an excellent price for the value of the work. We are extremely happy with them. Would give them excellent ratings. more

Magic Carpet promptly returned my initial call and an appointment was made for the following week. The appointment was for 10:00am and Paul was there exactly on time. It only took a couple of hours and the carpets look great. more

I contacted Magic touch about a pet accident. Rich was very quick to respond and was able to get out to me by the very next day. This is the second time that I have used magic touch and I am very satisfied with his work. more

Absolutely fabulous. 11/1/2012

Chicago Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning is absolutely fabulous. I'm in real estate, and very often I have houses that need to be cleaned. I have Rich do it, and he does a great job. He's amazing. He can pick up pianos. If I say something needs to be moved, he moves it, and he is just very good at his job. I am pleased with him, and my sister and brother use him as well. He's totally great. He'll just come in, do the work, I can leave, and when I come home, everything is back where it was. He is also honest and nice. more

My family has been using them for about 20 years now. He does all my family carpet cleaning, and also cleans our furniture. He is very professional and takes care of any problems. He takes personal pride in solving stains, and helping our needs. more
