By far the most arrogant person i have ever had to deal with was Matt Mages, from Mages Land Co & Auction services. He was not willing to work with us at all!! he tried to hide alot of stuff and make us hang with major things such as the septic and easments...he did a very poor job on the house that he personally worked on. He had no precision to his skill he half assed everything. I will REFUSE to ever work with him or his company again. I advise all to go through a different realtor and tell your friends to do NOT do buisness with them. Deffinatly NOT WORTH IT NO MATTER WHAT HOUSE IT IS!!!!
