Easy atmosphere 3/8/2012

I really don't understand the negative reviews. This place has been around forever and with good reason. There is 0% pressure when buying items there and they never try to upsell you extraneous merchandise. They offer quality stuff, foregoing the easy sale with the cheap uniforms that are floating around out there. You get what you pay for is an axiom for a reason. Love Mac's!!! more

Good Experience 11/15/2011

Was a bit apprehensive about going here after bad reviews. I needed two outdoor uniform items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Found just what I was looking for. To me, prices for these items could only be cheaper thru mail order or internet. I find brick & mortar stores to be a little more expensive so prices were competitive with other uniform stores. more

Was a bit apprehensive about going here after bad reviews. I needed two outdoor uniform items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Found just what I was looking for. Worst alterations in the city 9/24/2009

I have never written a review before but i dont want to see them butcher anyone elses uniforms. I dropped off NYPD dress uniforms to be altered for promotion. I was told it would be 2 or 3 days and they knew exactly what to do as they were an authorized NYPD tailor. I got the uniforms back after tons of calls 6 weeks later and the work was done incorrectly! How these guys are authorized by the department ill never know. Please do not trust them with your uniforms. On top of this i was charged $30.00 for this! Unreal go here at your own risk! Pros: None Cons: Customer service, quality of work more
