I wrecked my car recently and had Mackin's provide an estimate for repairs. It was totaled, so they helped me coordinate pick up by a salvage company, kept my car in their secure lot for days so I could remove all personal items and even removed my roof racks and stereo so I could sell them - free of charge. Everyone was really nice and very professional. I highly recommend this business! more

Amazing Quality and Service!! 10/8/2010

I went to Mackin's on North Denver Ave Portland because they are conveniently located in my awesome neighborhood Kenton, Aaron Kipp my Estimator was incredibly friendly, very professional, very thorough, his customer service is impeccable, I took my car in the same day it was hit, Aaron quickly handled everything, set me up with a rental car and I left feeling very confident in Aaron and the crew at Mackin's, Aaron kept me posted regularly with the car, within days I got my new car back looking new again thanks to Aaron and the artistry of Mackin's crew!! your an asset to the Kenton neighborhood!!
