I had placed an order for over 40 beef empanadas. I asked for an additional hot scauce since they only had given me one. The lady at the counter stated that they are only allowed to give one per order. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the owner came out. The owner proceeded to lecture me about the cost of food and why I as a costumer need to be aware of that. He went on for 10 minutes explaining why Mcdonalds only gave out 1 napkin..completely false. He then told me that he didn't need my business and refused to let me take teh empanadas. Luckly he gave me my $ back after I threatened to call police. This owner obviously has no customer services skills and feels like he needs to treat his customers on a lower level. I NOW REFUSE to go near this establishment. Also on another side note the food is not all that. I had some Obleas that had mold in them. They instisted that the get everything imported. So I guess nothing is fresh. more

Friendly and clean. Nice menu choices. For $20 I had the fish soup which include squid, mussels, shrimp, and probably tilapia in a tomato-based broth. Great big bowl with black beans and plantain sides. A few veggies in the soup would have been perfect. I'd go there again in a heartbeat. The only neg which turned into a positive eating soup was that the place was colder than most and I'm no 80 something! more
