The vibe in there is ... interesting, but I will say I have always been dealt with professionally there. I've transferred three guns through them (the last one being a Colt M4 with the Magpul MOE stock package - not a cheap item), and they've been unfailingly professional to deal with. No complaints. more

OK - I read the other reviews but I have dealt with Machine Gun Kelly's for a while and have had a really good experience with them - they are my favorite gun shop and I am very picky and demanding. I love them! They know thier customers by name and thier prices are ridiculously good. I am in there a lot and I see MANY other happy customers - not just me. more

Please do not do business with these jerks-and that?s saying it lightly-I am going to personally lodge a complaint with the BBB& and the party?s responsible for putting on the Gun show?s here in Nevada-this company should not be allowed to have a booth at these shows-This company is based on deception-they sell you a product& or product?s, and give you a price-yet when you go to their store to pick up the items you purchased-and paid for in full with CASH-they now will tell you that o well, you only paid for one item-raising the price of this item to what was supposed to be 2 items.\Total scammers-Attitudes very demure-will lie to you straight faced. Worst place ever!! Person never paid back for guns that I had put for consignment... DO Not trust the Karn family!!! especially Kelly who is showing such a bad example to his children of how to screw people!!! screwing innocent people will not get you far Kelly!!! more

I heard a good word about the guy. I decided to get a gun delivered to his shop and then traded via order for another. The entire transaction took over 4 months to complete. When it was complete, he'd ordered the wrong gun. I wont go into detail how the phone conversations went with his children who answer his business phone while waiting for my order. He either wants to go out of business or doesn't need to care about return customers. There are better gun stores in Vegas: The Gun Store, American Shooters, Accuracy, Discount... I have been going to this shop much more frequently just recently. Usually, I like asking Kelly Jr's advice or service the most because probably that is whom I get along best. They are all great and I usually get what I need. Pros: one to one service all the time Cons: They usually don't have everything I need more

I wanted to buy a specific french .308 rifle. I called before Thanksgiving 2005, was told he had it in stock,but it was in the gun safe. I asked him if he could check the price, he said didnt feel going to the safe to check. I asked when would be a good time to find out and he said he would be closed for almost a week!!! holy cow!! I called back on the day he said he would be open and got the answering machine. I gave up! more
