I would like to start off by saying THANK YOU to manager in the office. I don't remember her name but she was so helpful the other day when I was having problems with my apartment. She made sure that the maintenance guy fixed my dishwasher that same day. I moved in a little over a year ago and haven't had any problems with my apartment. All of a sudden my dishwasher stopped working and ""Robert"" I believe fixed it the same day. I am so thankful to live in a place that stays on top of there stuff. This is my first apartment to ever live in so I don't really have others to go off of. But I can sure tell you that it is great here so far! The landscaping around the property is beautiful and I'm in a safe area from what I can tell. I plan on staying for a few more years at lease until I am finished with college. I recommend for sure! more

I leased here due to their ratings. So far I love it here. The office staff is wonderful! The community is always well taking care of. My neighbors are very friendly and quite. My work is about 5 miles away. Very convenience! more

I've lived at MacArthur Ridge for a little over 2 years & its been a breeze. The staff before this new one was ok, but the staff now is 10X better. Kenyon has to be the best manager Ive ever had since I started renting apts. She is really caring about the property & residents. They are all very nice & helpful. Maintenance is awesome! I never really have a problem but when I do it gets fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I really recommend this property! more

I just moved in and this complex has by far done a wonderful job on their grounds. The staff is wonderful, they make you feel welcomed and my apartments was in great condition. I recommand living here if your looking in the area. more

I had to move out of MacArthur Ridge because my job was relocating, but my experience there was great! I never stepped foot in the office! Except for a package or just to say hi to the staff. They alwasy seemed really nice & sweet! The maintenace was great even though I never had a huge problem with anything in the apt they would be quick to get things repaired. It was always in a reasonable amount of time! The property was alwasy well kept & there was never a noise problem. \r I really appreciate MacArthur Ridge making these past 4 years really smooth for me. more

I just move here form Oklahoma and like it a lot. The apartments up there didn't seem to be as nice as down in Texas. My apartment is very cute and i really like my leasing agent. She helped me get to know the area a little better and made me feel good about the big move. Thank you for this! more

Quite Place - I got an apartment on the top floor and I must say it is great. The last place I was at was very loud. Kids runnig around everywhere. I am sleeping more at night now and I'm very thankful! more

I have lived here for 4 years and I love it! The grounds are really nice, peaceful, quiet and well kept. I came here from addison, and I love the difference, its much more laid back, and the crime rates are lower too! I would recommend checking this place out if youre looking to move to Irving :) more
