I have an great report on the owner said he would give me good deal paying cash I didn't know it was before the work and I did not realize the paper he gave me wasn't the receipt and made me pay again, The Police has no envolvement with these issues so I have to go to small claims, Thank God I have a witness who lent me money was there when I paid the first time,He hid me car before I returned 2nd time he also tried to walk off around the corner in the office with the money I demanded you count it front of all of us , of course he pocketed another 100,said it was short this guy has BIG ISSUES. also with his memory that made it that more confusing more

I brought my car here and I thought, yay, I'm getting a bargain. The ladies up front are really nice, but the owner is a bit of a tool. I got my car back with a brand new emblem, but it was too big for the year and model. I talked to him about it and he said, "It's a new one!" I don't care if it's new as it's too large. They removed all the emblems on the back of my car without telling me that they weren't going to replace 2 of them. The work was acceptable for a discount paint shop, but I don't understand how anyone could be raving about this shop. They said it would take 2-3 days to get my car done and it took 5 days. I called on the 3rd day to ask what time I should pick it up and was told, oh it should be ready tomorrow. I called on the 4th day and was told, it's going to be delayed again. I finally got the car after 12 noon on the 5th day and it wasn't ready when I picked it up as it still had painters tape and such. I really give this shop a low grade as their communication skills are way below par. more
