BEST OF THE BEST! Pretty Much Worse Service 2/22/2011

Staff is dis-organized, in-house problems prevent car from being repaired in professional timely manner. Body work repairs caused other problems. Management not responsible. Team-members blaming each other or the customer. Car broke-down 2 days after pick-up. Body parts don't fit car correctly n they do nothing about it, except make excuses. Don't go there if you value your car and the quality of work. more

Affordable body work 4/5/2006

We used Maaco to work on our car after it got a dent on the rear from a small accident. It was the only auto repair guy who provided the estimate over the phone, the other guys wanted to bring in the car to give a quote..They asked me to leave the car the same evening and promised it would be ready in a couple of days.True to their word, they called me after 2 days saying the car was ready. The final bill was very close to the initial estimate..As an addition, they even cleaned the interior of the car. I recommend Maaco to anybody for their car body work.. more
