Brought our car here a few weeks back to repair a scratched bumper. A tourist had scraped it while parking next to our vehicle. We were fortunate that he didn't drive off, and paid for the damage. Maaco did a great job repairing the damage, got us a discount on a rental, and even got the job done a day early. Their price was far cheaper than the competition as well. About a week later, we looked at the bumper and it appeared that the scratches were starting to show through the paint. We took it back to maaco and they explained that it was another scrape, probably coming from a bumper on another vehicle, and they wiped it away clean in a minute, no charge. Great service! On another note, how the heck does my car get rubbed in the same exact place by two separate vehicles within a month? My car, being relatively new and small, has gotten beat up with scratches and marks ever since moving here, and never when I'm driving it. People sure don't know how to drive around here. BTW, they provide military discounts. more

I'd never had a car painted before. But I saw their ad on TV and checked out their Facebook page. I went in for a paint job on my SUV and was greeted by the new owner. Really nice guy. Their price was cheaper than I expected and they were very friendly. Great service. They fixed a small dent and painted it so quick! I got my car back in 3 days. It looks great. more

You cannot beat MAACO Hawaii auto shop for the price and service. If you don't believe me, go get an estimate from some of the other body shops in town. MAACO did a great (but not perfect) job on my car! more

You do NOT want to take your car here!! I would not give them any stars at all!! Do not take your car to Maaco, Pearl City, HI!!\r I just took my car to get a quote and the owner's son helped us-Collin Riley. He was very irritable, rude, arrogant with the answers he gave us. All we were doing was asking questions as to the type of paint used, if it includes clear coat and if we needed to repaint the whole car. He would sarcastically reply with answers such as "if you want three shiny spots on your car and you want to pay more be my guest" or "you need move if you want me to look at your car to get a quote." I was thinking to myself if this guy has ever had any sales experience at all! He seemed like he had no idea how to handle customers. Collin then told me when he looked at my car that we could sand down the door where there was damage and repaint it. and it would be cheaper, but when I took my car to get two other quotes, both places told us that this could not be done as it wo more

Fast turn around yet professional craftmenship. Took my truck there to repair key scratches that I had on the driver side door. Few days later you could not tell the difference. more
