Just fixed up a minor dent in the passenger side of my Honda Civic. It's price compared to other auto repair shops is competitive not the mention fast service...they estimated my car to be repaired in three days...but they did it in less than two days. Plus, Maaco of Federal Way can suggest you a rent a car if you need a car to drive.\r more

I've used Maaco three times and each time service has been great. Their prices are lower than most other auto shops, and the service and quality is amazing! They go above and beyond and our car repairs have always been done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them!\r more

Not only did they listen to exactly what I needed and could afford to pay (without trying to get more out of me) but they did the most amazingly beautiful job with the paint. It's unbelievable. To top it off, when I got into my gorgeously shiny car, I noticed that they had decided to clean the interior for free.\r more

Maaco is an absolutely outstanding business. Everything done there is exceptional. I took my car in there for an estimate and the manager, David was just amazing. So helpful and so understanding. I had taken my car in because I was in a rear bumper accident and had to get the estimate for the other party, David took care of everything or me and was just great in my situation. I set up the insurance claim on it, dropped my car off on a tuesday night as I was going to be out of town wed- sunday and told him there was no rush. David told me Wed morning he ordered the parts and had them expedited. I did not think I would be getting a call Thursday afternoon stating the car was finished! I couldn't believe it. Just amazing service.\r more

These guys do GREAT work. I dealt specifically with Chris. Had my roof and hood repainted from the hail storm last summer and the estimate they gave me came at about 1/2-2/3 what other places quoted me. Just picked the car up and I'm very satisfied with what I got back. Bottom line: If you're willing to buck up and be an urban pioneer, go see these guys and save yourself some $$$.\r \r more

I had both bumpers and a side mirror repainted for $150 less than quoted at a highly rated shop nearer my home. A Maaco employee drove me home when I brought the car in, which helped me make the decision to go there. My car is metallic silver so they had to use OEM paint, which they have on hand, no wait for them to order. They did quality work, returned the car sparkling clean. And every single person I met there was pleasant as can be.\r more

I went here to have my 98 Golf painted after I had a heart attack and major bypass surgery. (Everyone knows there is a connection between how your car looks, and your next heart attack!) These guys could not have been more professional or sweeter. Without alarming me unduly, they pointed out how the 29.95 paint job I'd last had in Guadalajara, Mexico, would affect their own efforts, and that furthermore I was choosing once again the 'special,' or el cheapo, so that the results, over the even cheaper earlier efforts, might not cover all problems. It would be shinier, however, and they thought I'd like it.\r more
