My room had a microwave and small fridge which was perfect for the single person who needs a sleeping room.breakfast area in the morning with cereal, toast, coffee, juice, tea etc which was nice to have. more

At first it looked old from out side, but the lobby was nice and new and breakfast was so good the kids loved it. The room was huge and it had a kitchen. but the best part of all was the price. more

family vacation rooms were big, clean. loved there breakfast. kids enjoyed there pool. so nice having the mall right across the street. front desk clerks are really friendly, they go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. we cant wait to get back. more

They have remodeled and it looks so much better. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything looks so much better. We can't wait to go back. Very affordable. more

I LOVED this hotel 12/2/2010

my fears were unfounded I LOVED this hotel, the rooms were huge, and it's in a great location next to a mall. My room was clean and the staff was friendly. more

The front desk service was very polite. 11/5/2010

I got into the hotel late but had no problem checking in or finding my room. The front desk service was very polite. my room was is good shape. I had a fully working kitchen, and fold out bed loveseat and two queen beds. I didn’t need any of the extra space but it was still nice to stretch out. The room’s heater warmed up quick and I was glad because it was COLD outside! more

My bed was clean and comfortable and I had a hot shower every morning so it provided what I needed the most. Breakfast was fine, but I was just glad they even had any considering it was in Provo. On my first morning I walked into breakfast as they were closing it down and the staff was nice enough to re-open it just so I could get something to eat, it was VERY considerate. All in all, I would stay here again. more

The service here was great! The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. not only was it clean, but it was also really safe and the prices were reasonable. It is in a great location surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, etc... The pool was nice and warm. I had read all the bad reviews, but still decided to drop in and found it wonderful, the reviews were wrong and this is the perfect place to stay! more

Relaxed and comfortable. 9/21/2010

This hotel is ideally located. Gas station, convenience store, Subway and Fast Food establishments are within walking distance. Other places to eat are within a very short drive. Relaxed and comfortable. Good family place. more
