I felt at simplicity understanding they would move all my belongings to the storage area I hired out without any issues. It was so stress free of cost and I can't give thanks those men enough! more

Great, Efficient Service 12/1/2011

I wish to thank you for the wonderful support MSA Moving Company deliver to our move earlier this weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up lots of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing in addition to car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion generating the transition to the new location easier. I am unable to even imagine the way you could have done it without their support and yours. more

An excellent moving company. 11/30/2011

We had a short move from the downtown apartment to midtown. We chose MSA Moving Company in Saint Louis because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the lowest priced we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything humanly possible to protect our stuff. I was shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We'd minor damage to our bed, so when I pointed it out for them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we were insured for. The harm was so minor, and really beyond what they can control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. If we have to move again, we will be using MSA Moving Company. more

Very pleased with the moving team! 11/30/2011

I heard lots of stories from my friends about moving companies, coming into this move I had been very doubtful about everything, but from the second these guys started working it had been like watching art happening, everybody did their job in amazing coordination. I was tired only from watching them. MSA Moving Company is a superb company and I will never move with every other company. more

Caring as well as Mindful 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Saint Louis to a new location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous works of art that were irreplaceable. I had heard about MSA Moving Company and decided to call them to obtain an estimate. I was greeted by a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of MSA Moving Company excellent level of service, as I was very nervous with all of the expensive items I had to maneuver. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew exactly how to wrap and pack the items. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into one of the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and can highly recommend them. more

Appreciate a stress-free move! 10/26/2011

I dispise moving, but they actually made it an enjoyable experience! MSA Moving Company were punctual, friendly, helpful and solved the problem stay calm during my move. I had some very difficult pieces to move, some with great sentimental attachment, plus they treated it with the greatest of care! Any queries I had they answered and they obviously knew the things they were doing. I would recommend MSA Moving Company to anyone who wants a hassle free move. more

Highly recommend these moving company! 10/26/2011

I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Saint Louis moving companies and called a number of movers for quotes. MSA Moving Company provided the best hourly rate, and that i decided to go with them. The three movers were on time, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my proceed to a new studio in lust a couple of hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as agreed upon, although there were a couple additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for the couch and a bag for the chair. Overall, MSA Moving Company made moving day manageable. Five stars and I would definitely recommend them. more

I recently hired MSA Moving Company to help me with my move. They made a stressful experience smooth and simple. The first thing that impressed me about MSA Moving Company, would be that the owner, personally came to my apartment to create the estimate. In all the years of living in Saint Louis and all the moves I've made, this was the first time that the owners has had the time and care to can even make sure I was being taken care of. Your day of my move, the men who came to move me were so wonderful. These were polite and courteous and were extremely careful wonderful my belongings. Not only was the move quick and painless, but the estimate I was given held true after the move. I have already recommended Manor to many of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my next move. You really can't fail with this company! more

Trustworthy as well as budget friendly 10/23/2011

It absolutely was my first move, so naturally We have lot and lots of questions, and all sorts of were answered patiently through the very patient Christi who won my opportunity with the professionalism. Every little detail she set it up and my husband when we conference called in regards to the hourly price and extra cost of supplies, was a big help on the move day. We were packed and ready for that movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no bad surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they gave me an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. That was a good start and I was glad the day kept going in that direction. These were always smiling, even with the super hot day I ended up moving on. MSA Moving Company made my move fast and simple. more

When my mother decided to move from Saint Louis to Los angeles, I decided to use MSA Moving Company. I had moved earlier from San Francisco and had great service from them. Very professional moving company! 6/25/2011

We used MSA Moving Company movers for the past 15 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 4 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 6 hours with 2 packers. MSA Moving Company moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend MSA Moving Company movers in Saint Louis! more

Very professional and courteous movers! They stay in communication well via phone and e-mail. I needed emergency moving, and Flat Rate had movers at my door hours after I called. They performed a cross country move in a very short period of time, for an affordable price. I definitely recommend! more

We could not have been happier with the way MSA Moving handled our move. It was done with great care and without a problem. The packers showed up when they said they would and they were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Movers handled our belongings as if they were their own. The movers arrived at our home on time and did a very professional job of unloading and helping unpack the big items. We had no damages at all. This company is a group of true professionals and I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for good long distance movers. GREAT JOB!!!? more

MSA Moving Company is the best in the business. Quick, affordable, and can lift more furniture than I thought was humanely possible. Have you ever seen a couch with an armoire and kitchen table stacked on it? I saw it with my own eyes and the best part? Not one scratch on our furniture!!! I HIGHLY recommend these movers. Outstanding moving company! 3/26/2011

My move went very well. The pickup movers were on time and once they arrived they were very friendly and professional. I flew out to my destination early and the movers arrived within a couple of days of me being there. All of the items were in great shape and the unpacking went quickly. I am very satisfied with the move and everything came in at the original quoted price. Thank you to all of the great moving crew. Very reliable 3/26/2011

This was a very stressful move for our family, as we had to move due to me losing my job and then getting a new job 40 minutes away. My children were not happy about the move. MSA Moving Company may not have been able to make my children happy, but they were able to take away some of the stress by handling the move so well. We knew that the movers were very competent and we did not have to worry about the actual physical part of it, which took a lot of stress off of my and my wife. Thank you! more

It was an overall great moving experience. MSA Moving Company showed up 15 minutes early. They had everything transported from my apt to the storage facility within 2 hours. The movers arrived at my door on-time and were all very professional and courteous. They moved my antique mirror and end tables and several other very valuable and irreplaceable items perfectly.
