The process used by Mr. Chem-Dry for pet stains and odors is beyond compare. It is pricey but well worth it to get rid of the smell. Other types of cleaning only mask the stain and smell so it comes back. I have used their services twice and have been very pleased both times. more

I have used maybe 5 differnt carpet cleaning companys in the last 10 years or so. I think the techs name was Jake and he was amazing he we have two dogs and he took care of the smell better than any one has before! more

You Get What You Pay For! 9/21/2010

At first when i was handed a bill for 1000 dollars to get my Carpets Cleaned, I almost kicked the guy out of my House. More and more as I talked with the Technician and he explained to me the severity of my dog pee in my carpet i started to underdstand. The information i was given made sense and seemed practical. i decided to go with this cleaning and the results were amazing not only did i not have any urine smell in my house anymore all of the visual urine spots also came out. i am very happy and pleased with Mr. Chem Dry and will forever be a happy paying Cutomer! more
