To all of those first time home buyers, I would NOT recommend using this location to receive your home loan. Everything thus far has been a complete nightmare. Their Loan Officer, Gregg M.- has enough arrogance to kill a horse. Had the audacity to brag to our realitor how he was one of the ""top loan officers in Southeastern Wisconsin,"" after being questioned as to what was taking so long- puke. Very misleading and does not keep you up to date on situations. We have been waiting for over a month just for our pre approval alone, thinking everything will be solved within a day or two. Only to find out we are no further along in the process as we were a month ago. - Very disappointing to say the least.
