I'm baffled as to how they stay in business. They do incredibly poor work even after two tries. They over-promise and under-deliver. They failed to follow my requests. The owner failed to show for an agreed upon meeting. I failed to do proper do diligence because of the Maaco name. Don't make the same mistake. Research. Check the BBB. more

Now I understand why they are so cheap. Their paint must really suck because my who car is peeling everywhere. They painted all over my modlings and lights. Horrible, you can tell someone painted the whole car. Worst they dont gauruntee it and wont give me a refund or anything at least. more

We took one of our vehicles to Maaco back in November for some minor repair. Despite the thanksgiving holiday, the car was done in 4 days and it looked wonderful. Plus, their price was almost 1/2 of what another body shop wanted. Seeing as we were not keeping the car, we thought "what the hell, let's use the cheaper guy." Well, yes he was less expensive, BUT, I have to say that having used the other body shop, the quality that we received at Maaco was just as good.\r \r The only issue we had was that they forgot to reconnect the latch for the drivers door and when you pulled on the handle from the inside, it wouldn't open. I took it back and they fixed it immediately, as well as had a bit of a talk with the person who had parked the car in the front, because they had to know that the door wasn't working and they just left it like that. That was very unprofessional on the employees part, but I do not hold that against the body shop.\r \r I would recommend them again to anyone who need more
