M & M Hauling of Lansing was very polite and helpful. I appreciated that they were careful with our belongings. At no point did we feel like we were being rushed so they could get to another job. They offer reasonable pricing and charge from the job site to the final destination. Many places don't do that, they'll charge you from their offices to the first site and then to the second site. At our final site, they waited for us to make decisions on where to put things. There was no bumping walls, or breaking or dropping our things. They were very courteous the entire time. And they cleaned up when they were done. Also, at the end, the owner came in to check out that we were completely satisfied, which we were. more

M & M Hauling of Lansing was recommended to me from a client. Mark is efficient, on time and a very positive person. He is really good at what he does. Basically, when I call him, it's to dig people out of their things and he deals with the homeless or people that have been evicted from their homes. He is great and works well in a crisis. I'd absolutely use his services again. However, I feel he should provide a little more supervision to his crew, which are kids and require a little more supervision to keep them from going off track or saying things my clients might overhear. Don't get me wrong, they did work hard, unfortunately I heard things they were saying that wouldn't have been said had Mark or another adult been there watching over them. Diane Detore more
