Very Kind and Fair Business 1/24/2011

I agree with koabear and milofrengy about the kind and reasonable services that MB Euromotors provides. This business is honestly one of the best mechanics I have been too. It's like getting the same service from the actual Mercedes Benz mechanics for a much lower price. Won is a very kind man and knows how to fix cars. Those two people who left negative responses, obviously were not happy with the service, but you should remember not to blame the owner for your own problems. I give MB Euromotors my best regards. more

Excellent and Honest 10/28/2010

I have been a customer of MB Euromotors for two years. Won, the owner is honest and the prices are reasonable. He and his team are excellent mechanics and I am completely happy with their work. My car has improved since going to MB Euromotors. more

Fair and Honest Mercedes Mechanic 3/10/2010

Over the past five years, I have been taking several of my Mercedes vehicles to Won and his staff. He is a very honest mechanic. Something very hard to find these days. I have taken my cars to every other shop in Honolulu and I can honestly say that I've received the best service from MB Euromotors. I highly recommend him to everyone I know who drives a Mercedes. Pros: No BS more

Worst Service Ever. Rip off! 10/18/2008

Just like what the first reviewer said, ""The service and attitude of the owner is really bad"". Honestly, this is the worst place to go. Even if your MB has a problem and there is no one left in the world to fix it, DON'T GO TO THEM. Also like the first guy, ""I am way pass angry, I don't know what word to use"". PLEASE WARN OTHERS!! This is a terrible business to get your Mercedes serviced at. 8/4/2008

My car has been in and out of MB Euro Motors for the past eight months due to fault of the owner (Won) and his staff. MB Euro Motors in my opinion lacks customer service and consideration for its customers. I am a very well mannered individual and feel that this service is at best-- poor. I have spent well over $13K and my car is still not operating properly. I do not recommend the use of MB Euro Motors for your Mercedes Benz car care. Now that I think about it, the detail service that they use is of poor quality as well. I paid $140 for cleaning and upon further inspection I found spots that were completely missed. -----Angry is not the WORD Pros: Can really drag out a short process Cons: Terrible customer service more
